Last updated: 18 October 2026. This page covers exchange.craiccoin.com (Craic Hub Exchange), including Craic Swap at /swap, Rewards, List a token, Launch, Pool, Burn and Stake. It describes what the site's code actually does. We aim to keep it accurate and will update the date when something changes.

Short version: the exchange is non-custodial. You sign everything in your own wallet, and we never get your recovery phrase, private keys or coins. We don't have accounts, passwords, ad trackers or analytics cookies. We store a small amount of data: mostly public wallet addresses and transaction IDs, plus anything you choose to submit. We do not sell your data.

1. Non-custodial

Swaps, launches, pools, listings, burns and staking are transactions that you approve in your own Solana wallet (for example Phantom, Solflare or Backpack). The site never sees your recovery phrase or private key and never holds your coins. We will never ask for your recovery phrase. Transactions on Solana are public and permanent. Nobody can delete them, including us.

2. What we store, and why

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Its small server functions store data in Cloudflare D1 databases.

Activity log (private, admin-only): page visits (just the page path, sent once per browser session); wallet connects (your public wallet address and wallet type, once per session); launches and pools (transaction ID, token/pool address, name, symbol, public wallet, fee paid). Our code does not store your IP address or browser user-agent here. Purpose: to see how the exchange is used and to help with support.
Rewards registration (opt-in, /rewards): your public wallet address; your X handle if you give one (optional, never shown publicly); when you registered/updated; your starting $CRAIC balance; daily balance snapshots (the day's lowest reading), used to count "Weeks held"; and payout records (on-chain transaction IDs from the rewards/staking wallets, plus amounts the admin marks as paid). To limit spam we keep a one-way hash of your IP address (salted SHA-256, shortened). We use it only for rate limiting (up to 5 sign-ups an hour and 20 a day), never the IP itself.
Public rewards list: if you register, you agree that your wallet address (shown shortened, with Copy and Solscan links), join date, starting amount, weeks held and rewards received appear on the public list at /rewards. Your X handle is never shown. Project, team and bot wallets are hidden from the list.
Token listings (/list): what you submit (token address, name, symbol, tagline, description, website/X/Telegram/logo links), your public wallet, the tier and any payment transaction ID. Approved listings are shown publicly.
Token launches: the token metadata and image you upload are stored and served publicly, because your token's on-chain metadata points to them.
Newsletter (the form on craiccoin.com, handled by this site): your email address, the date and the form name. It is kept private and used only for Craic Coin news.

3. Retention

Activity-log entries are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Rewards data (registration, snapshots, payout records) is kept while you are registered. Snapshots and payout records of wallets that are no longer registered are pruned automatically. Rate-limit hashes are deleted after 24 hours. Working copies of balance snapshots/exports on our admin machine are deleted after 90 days.
Listings and launch metadata are kept while the listing or token is live. Newsletter emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
On request, we aim to delete your data within 30 days.

4. How to request deletion (or ask anything)

Email info@leadcrown.co.uk or message us in the Telegram chat t.me/craiccoinsol. Tell us your public wallet address (or the email you signed up with). Never send your recovery phrase or private key. We will delete your Rewards registration, snapshots and payout records, matching activity-log entries, listing submissions and admin payout marks (or your newsletter email), and confirm. Leaving the Rewards list also removes you from future rewards. On-chain transactions can't be deleted by anyone.

5. Third parties your browser talks to

Like any website, these services receive your IP address and normal browser information when your browser loads something from them. Each has its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare: hosting (Pages), server functions and D1 databases. It processes requests at network level.
Jupiter (plugin.jup.ag, lite-api.jup.ag): swap quotes, routes and transactions. When you swap, your public wallet address and the swap details go to Jupiter. Swaps include a platform (referral) fee, explained on the fees page.
Solana RPC providers (solana-rpc.publicnode.com, api.mainnet-beta.solana.com): to read balances and send the transactions you sign.
Market data and charts: DexScreener (API and chart embeds), TradingView (chart embeds for BTC/ETH/XRP/SOL), CoinGecko, with Binance as a fallback for major-coin prices. Token logos may load from their own hosts (for example IPFS gateways).
ChangeNOW: the cross-chain "swap any coin" widget. Anything you enter there (like a payout address) goes to ChangeNOW.
Meteora (pools) and Streamflow (staking): their programs and apps, used when you create pools or stake.
Craic Hub (craic-hub.base44.app): community listings/promotions that appear on the exchange.
Craic Rewards API (craic-rewards.pages.dev, also on Cloudflare): receives Rewards registrations and serves the public list.
Abacus (abacus.jasoncameron.dev): an anonymous hit counter. It counts daily totals of events such as visits and swaps opened, with no wallet address or personal details.
Google Translate: loaded only if you pick a language other than English. Google then processes the page text for translation.
Solscan, X and Telegram: these are only links. Nothing is sent until you click.

We don't use advertising networks, Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or similar trackers.

6. Cookies and local storage

localStorage: the name of the wallet you connected (for example "phantom"), so we can reconnect you next visit. This is not your address or keys, and it is removed when you disconnect. Your chosen language is stored as cc_lang.
sessionStorage: small flags so a visit or wallet connect is logged only once per browser session. They are cleared when you close the tab.
Cookie: googtrans (up to 1 year), set only when you choose a language, so Google Translate keeps your choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Selling and sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We only share it as described above (the public rewards list you opt into, public listings, and the services that make the site work), or if the law requires it.

8. Children

The exchange is not meant for under-18s.
